What is your return policy?

I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, if it’s damaged during shipping or you have any other issue with the piece or print please send an email to sarah@sarahariel.com and I’ll get a replacement sent out for you. All purchases are final sale. No exchanges.

How long does shipping take?

Packages are shipped through USPS, it typically takes 3-5 business days for them to arrive.

When will I receive a tracking number?

After you place your order you will receive an email with an order confirmation number. Once USPS generates a tracking number for the shipment you will receive another email with that information. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please send me an email at sarah@sarahariel.com and I’ll get that re-sent.

What type of paper are the prints done with?

I use a very high quality Blanco Matte canvas paper and a 75lb luster photo paper. The prints are fine art quality.

Are frames included?

No, frames are not included. The canvas prints are not stretched. I recommend taking your print to Michaels, Hobby Lobby, or your favorite craft store to pick out a frame or have them stretched.
